Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Recipe

This air fryer Brussels sprouts recipe is just the way to get everyone to eat their veggies! These slightly crispy, buttery, perfectly seasoned Brussels sprouts make a delicious side dish for almost any main.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh brussels sprouts trimmed & halved
  • 1 stick butter (8 tbsp), melted & divided
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the sprouts to a large mixing bowl, pour half the melted butter evenly out overtop, and toss together just until evenly combined.
    2 lbs fresh brussels sprouts, 1 stick butter
  • Add half of the buttered sprouts to the basket of an air fryer, spreading out in an even layer.
  • Air fry at 380° for 8 minutes. Open and give the basket a good shake to mix up the sprouts, then continue air frying for another 6-7 minutes. Repeat for the remaining sprouts, transferring all crispy sprouts back into the large mixing bowl.
  • Make sure the remaining butter's still melted then add the honey, zest, and seasonings. Whisk together until evenly combined.
    1/3 cup honey, 1 tbsp orange zest, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 1/2 tsp chili powder, pinch cayenne pepper, salt & pepper
  • Pour the seasoned butter mixture over the sprouts, gently tossing until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately, and enjoy!
