Asian Chopped Salad

- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce with carrot & red cabbage or 2 (10 oz) bags
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 large red bell pepper seeded & finely diced
- 1 bunch cilantro washed, stems removed, and leaves chopped
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 bunch green onions thinly sliced
- 1 cup crispy wonton strips
- 1 9 oz bottle honey ginger dressing
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, tossing to evenly combine.
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce with carrot & red cabbage, 1/2 cup sliced almonds, 1 large red bell pepper, 1 bunch cilantro, 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken, 1/2 bunch green onions, 1 cup crispy wonton strips
Pour the dressing overtop, tossing again until everything's evenly coated.
1 9 oz bottle honey ginger dressing
Serve immediately & enjoy!
- Leftover chopped chicken thighs or grilled chicken breasts can be used in place of the rotisserie chicken.
- For a crunchier version, substitute an equal amount of chopped cabbage (or even bagged coleslaw mix) for the romaine lettuce.
- Feel free to leave out the almonds if you are allergic or just don't like them.
