Strawberry Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3-4 strawberries stems removed

Instructions

  • Chop the strawberries, then add them to the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Pulse a few times to puree.

  • Add the butter and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl. Starting slowly and gradually increasing speed, whip them together using a hand mixer until evenly combined.

Notes

  • This recipe makes 16 oz of strawberry butter.
  • Adjust the amount of strawberries you use based on the size of the berries. If you have large strawberries, use only 2 or 3, whereas if you have small to average size berries up to 4 or even 5.
  • You can substitute the strawberries for any fresh berries. Raspberries or blueberries would also make a delicious flavored spread.
