For The Fruit Salad
- 2 large pears cored & sliced
- 3 granny smith apples cored & sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
For The Maple Lemon Syrup
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh is best if you have it
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
To Make The Fruit Salad
To a large mixing bowl, add the prepared fruit. Add the berries & nuts.
Gently stir everything together to combine.
To Make The Syrup
In a small mixing bowl, add the maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Whisk together to evenly combine.
Pour the syrup over the fruit salad, and gently toss until everything's evenly coated.
Serve immediately & enjoy!
