Slow Cooker Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Slow cooker spinach artichoke dip is an easy crockpot dip that creates a restaurant quality appetizer. This creamy, cheesy dish needs almost no prep and will be a hit whenever you serve it!

- 10 oz fresh baby spinach roughly chopped
- 1 14 oz can marinated artichoke hearts drained & chopped
- 12 oz cream cheese cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
Lightly spray the inside of your crock with non stick cooking spray.
Add all of the ingredients to the bowl.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours- give the mixture a good stir at the one hour mark.
Stir again, and season the dip with salt & pepper- to taste.
Serve warm with chips & crackers.
- Make chopping the spinach and artichokes easy by adding them to the sprayed bowl of your crock pot and cutting them with kitchen sheers. This way there's no extra mess or dishes.
- You can also do the same thing with the cream cheese. Just add it to crockpot, then use the kitchen sheers to cut it into rough cubes.
- Spice things up a bit. Red pepper flakes or hot sauce both make tasty additions, even a dash of Worcestershire sauce is delicious.
- Want to serve a heartier dip? Add some chopped crab dip. It's scrumptious. It doesn't have to be the most expensive kind either since the crab isn't the star of the show here.
