- 12 brioche slider buns
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 2 cups leftover slices of turkey
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 cup leftover green beans
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 6 slices havarti cheese cut in half
- 2 tbsp butter melted
Cut your slider buns evenly in half down the middle, creating a top half and a bottom half. Place both on a baking sheet, side by side, both facing cut end up.
To the bottom buns, spread a small amount of warmed mashed potatoes out in an even, thin layer.
Top this with a layer of turkey slices, followed by a layer of stuffing.
Add green beans evenly out over top.
Add the sliced cheese to evenly cover all the sliders.
Using a silicone brush, brush all the inside tops with melted butter.
Bake the sliders at 350° for 10 minutes, just until heated through and the cheese has melted.
Drizzle with warm cranberry sauce.
Add the tops to cover, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm. Add toothpicks, if desired, to keep the sliders together.
Serve with warm gravy on the side for dipping!
- Warm the mashed potatoes before using to make spreading easier.
- Don't have green beans but have green bean casserole? Use that instead of green beans!
- You could also pile on other leftovers too like leftover corn.
- Can't find sliced Havarti? You can use sliced Swiss or even provolone instead.
