- 4 15 oz cans pork and beans
- 1 large green bell pepper seeded & diced
- 1 small yellow onion peeled & diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp barbecue rub
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp steak sauce
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, then stir until evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet, and spread it out in an even layer.
Smoke at 250° for 3-4 hours.
