Ingredients

  • 4 15 oz cans pork and beans
  • 1 large green bell pepper seeded & diced
  • 1 small yellow onion peeled & diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp barbecue rub
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp steak sauce

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, then stir until evenly combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet, and spread it out in an even layer.
  • Smoke at 250° for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve warm & enjoy!
