Chicken Stroganoff Over Noodles

- 4 cups chopped rotisserie chicken preferably big chunks
- 8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10.75 oz can roasted garlic mushroom soup
- 1 10.75 oz can beefy mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- seasoned salt & pepper to taste
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 tsp gravy master
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 lb wide egg noodles cooked according to package directions
Add the chicken, mushrooms, soups, and garlic to a large skillet set over medium heat.
4 cups chopped rotisserie chicken, 8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms, 1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup, 1 10.75 oz can roasted garlic mushroom soup, 1 10.75 oz can beefy mushroom soup, 1 tbsp minced garlic
Bring the mixture to a bubble, and let it simmer for 15 minutes- just until hot, stirring often.
Season with seasoned salt and black pepper, to taste. Be careful though since the mixture will be hot. Remove the dish from heat.

Stir in the remaining ingredients until evenly combined.
16 oz sour cream, 1 tsp gravy master, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Serve over the cooked noodles, and enjoy!

- Try to find all 3 of the different cream of soups for this recipe. However if you can only find classic cream of mushroom, add an extra teaspoon of garlic and a beef boullion cube.
- If you have leftover roast or grilled chicken, you could use that instead of rotisserie.
- Keep stirring once you make the sauce so nothing sticks or burns!
