Smoked Cheesy Potatoes
Smoked cheesy potatoes turn refrigerated hash browns into a creamy, smoky side you'll love. Featuring tons of cheese, diced onion, and so much flavor from French onion dip and barbecue rub, you'll be making these over and over again!

- 2 20 oz pkgs refrigerated hash browns
- 4 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Dean's french onion dip about 8 ounces
- 1/2 tbsp barbecue rub
Add all of the ingredients to a disposable 9x13" aluminum tin and give a little stir to roughly combine.
2 20 oz pkgs refrigerated hash browns, 4 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup diced yellow onion, 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup, 1 cup Dean's french onion dip, 1/2 tbsp barbecue rub
Smoke the potato mixture at 225° for 2-3 hours, stirring at least twice during the cook time.
Serve warm & enjoy!
- You can substitute other cheese if you prefer. Pepper jack would be amazing and add a little kick.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of barbecue rub to suit your preferences.
