Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 6 oz box chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing
  • 3 tbsp chicken broth
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Add the stuffing, chicken, broth, and egg to a large mixing bowl. Mix together until everything's evenly incorporated into a single mixture.

  • Roll in between hands to form 1 1/2" balls, and place them in rows on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

Notes

  • You can substitute beef or vegetable broth for the chicken broth if that's what you have on hand.
  • This recipe would also work with ground turkey. Again make sure you aren't using all white meat.
  • Double this recipe to freeze a batch!
