Easy Chicken Cobbler (Viral TikTok Recipe)
Easy chicken cobbler is a delicious and easy chicken casserole that went viral on TikTok for good reason! This super easy meal features tender chicken and veggies in a creamy perfectly seasoned base all mixed with Cheddar Bay biscuit mix and cheese.

- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 4 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 12 oz bag frozen peas & carrots
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 11.36 oz box cheddar bay biscuit mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For The Topping
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- seasoning packet from biscuit mix
Spread the melted butter in the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Add the chicken in an even layer, followed by the frozen vegetables. Sprinkle the seasonings evenly out overtop, but DO NOT stir.
4 tbsp butter, 4 cups chopped rotisserie chicken, 1 12 oz bag frozen peas & carrots, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp pepper
Add the soup and broth to a mixing bowl and whisk together to evenly combine. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and chicken in the baking dish.

In another mixing bowl add the biscuit mix, milk, and cheese mixing just until combined. Spread this mixture evenly out overtop of the casserole.
1 11.36 oz box cheddar bay biscuit mix, 2 cups whole milk, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes.
Mix the melted butter and seasoning packet together, and brush it out evenly overtop of the cobbler crust.

Let the dish rest for 5 full minutes, then serve and enjoy!
- Do not skip the rest time, this allows the filling to set up and thicken.
- Make sure you don't stir the layers of the cobbler together. You want them to be layers
- You could substitute a frozen mixed vegetable blend for the peas and carrots.
