Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb deli salami

Instructions

  • Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper, then arrange the slices of salami in a single layer.

  • Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, just until the salami has crisped up.
  • Allow the chips to cool slightly, then transfer them to waiting paper towels ( again in a single layer) to absorb excess grease.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure you are using a brand of salami you really like since it is the only ingredient!
  • Don't skip transferring the salami chips to paper towels after baking. They will shed a lot of grease.
  • You can eat them as soon as they are cool enough to pick up!
