Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper, then arrange the slices of salami in a single layer.
1/2 lb deli salami
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, just until the salami has crisped up.
Allow the chips to cool slightly, then transfer them to waiting paper towels ( again in a single layer) to absorb excess grease.
