Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2-3 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 15 oz can mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 20 oz can pineaple tid bits drained
  • 3/4 cup diced ham
  • 3/4 cup diced cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Cook your pasta according to the package directions to al dente. When done, transfer to a strainer and run under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • To a large mixing bowl add the mayo and teriyaki sauce. Stir together until evenly combined.
  • Add the cooled pasta to the mixing bowl and toss until all the pasta is evenly covered with the sauce.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl, and gently toss until evenly combined.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and chill for 2-4 hours- until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Don't like mandarin oranges? Omit them and use extra pineapple.
  • You could garnish this with sesame seeds for a little extra pan Asian flare.
  • This is a great dish to use up any leftover ham.
