Ingredients

For The Fruit Salad

  • 2 large pears cored & sliced
  • 3 granny smith apples cored & sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries

For The Maple Lemon Syrup

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh is best if you have it
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

To Make The Fruit Salad

  • To a large mixing bowl, add the prepared fruit. Add the berries & nuts.
  • Gently stir everything together to combine.

To Make The Syrup

  • In a small mixing bowl, add the maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Whisk together to evenly combine.
  • Pour the syrup over the fruit salad, and gently toss until everything's evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately & enjoy!
