No Churn Cookie Dough Ice Cream
No churn cookie dough ice cream gives you ice cream shop flavor right at home. With only 5 ingredients, you can whip this cool treat up any time and treat yourself and your family to a creamy dessert.

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- edible chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips divided
Add the cream to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip it until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Do NOT over mix.
Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk & vanilla extract until evenly combined.
Form 15-20 small balls with your edible cookie dough. Gently stir these, and half the chocolate chips, into the whipped cream mixture.
Transfer this mixture to a 9x5" loaf pan.
Form more balls with the edible cookie dough. Add them to the top of the dish, along with the remaining chocolate chips.
Freeze for 6-8 hours, or up to overnight.
Scoop & enjoy!
- Don't overwhip the whipping cream. Whipping cream can/will go from stiff peaks to a ball of butter and buttermilk shockingly fast.
- For food safety reasons, make sure you are using edible cookie dough.
- Serve this in ice cream cones, in sundaes, or however you like to enjoy ice cream!
