Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Chicken– Drained canned chicken or between 1.5 and 2 cups of rotisserie chicken.
- Cream cheese– Full fat softened to room temperature
- Hot sauce– Use your preferred brand. I highly recommend Frank’s Red Hot.
- Sour cream– Full fat is best
- Ranch dressing– Your favorite brand
- Cheese– Shredded cheddar
How to Make
Smoked buffalo chicken dip is so easy to make!
Just use a hand mixer to mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until evenly combined.
Spread the buffalo chicken dip mixture evenly out in a 10″ cast iron skillet.
Smoke the dip at 250° for 1 1/2 – 2 hours.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping options.
