I kid you not when I say these salami chips are quite possibly the easiest recipe I’ve ever made.
Just line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Then arrange the salami slices in a single layer on the parchment.
Bake it at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until the salami has gotten nice and crispy.
Let the chips cool slightly and then put them on paper towel lined plates in a single layer to absorb excess grease.
Serve and enjoy!

Store the salami chips in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Can I make salami chips in the air fryer?
Yes!
This recipe works beautifully in the air fryer!
Just arrange the salami slices in a single layer in your air fryer.
Be careful to not overcrowd the fryer so the air can still move around the slices.
Air fry them at 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes.
Let them cool slightly and then pat away the extra grease.
