Storing Leftovers

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat in a hot oven until warmed through.

Tips and Tricks

  • For extra creamy results, you can add up to 16 ounces of cream cheese.
  • You can use whatever wood chips you’d like. I enjoy pecan, mesquite, or hickory for this.
  • Want it extra cheesy? You can top the dip with extra shredded cheese before smoking, if desired, or even mix in some crumbled blue cheese in addition to the cheddar.
