Ingredients

  • 6 beer brats
  • 6 hot dog buns

Instructions

  • Add the uncooked brats to the air fryer basket, and arrange them in a single layer.
  • Cook them at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping half way through.
  • Using tongs, carefully remove the hot brats from the air fryer and transfer them to waiting buns.
  • Let the sandwiched brats rest 1-2 minutes before topping & serving.

Notes

  • Different air fryers may vary on times, so to check and verify your brats are done test the temperature. The brats are cooked through when they have an internal temp of 160 degrees.
  • Don't overcrowd your basket, depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to cook them in two batches.
  • Flipping halfway through isn't 100% mandatory, but is recommended as it helps them cook more evenly.
