Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs ramen noodles discard the included seasoning packets
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 tsp seasoning I used Epicurean Italian blend
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1-2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, and set aside.
  • While the noodles cooke, set a large skillet over medium heat, add the butter.
  • Once melted, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds, to cook off any bitter taste.
  • Add the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the noodles to the skillet. Whisk together until evenly combined, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Remove the skillet from heat, then add the cooked ramen noodles. Stir together until evenly combined.
  • Serve warm & enjoy!

Notes

  • Don't over cook the garlic. If you burn it, the garlic will get acrid.
  • You could add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for some heat.
  • Top with extra Parmesan cheese.
