- 2 pkgs ramen noodles discard the included seasoning packets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 tsp seasoning I used Epicurean Italian blend
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1-2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, and set aside.
While the noodles cooke, set a large skillet over medium heat, add the butter.
Once melted, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds, to cook off any bitter taste.
Add the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the noodles to the skillet. Whisk together until evenly combined, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Remove the skillet from heat, then add the cooked ramen noodles. Stir together until evenly combined.
Serve warm & enjoy!
- Don't over cook the garlic. If you burn it, the garlic will get acrid.
- You could add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for some heat.
- Top with extra Parmesan cheese.
