Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves chopped

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, and fold in until completely incorporated.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping options, or as a spread on a sandwich in place of mayo.

Notes

  • Don't skip letting the cream cheese soften to room temperature! It will be much easier to mix.
  • You can vary your herbs to suit your tastes or make a similar spread with different combinations like chopped cilantro and lime zest or basil and garlic.
  • Feel free to add a bit of salt and pepper to this.
