- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves chopped
Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, and fold in until completely incorporated.
Serve with your favorite dipping options, or as a spread on a sandwich in place of mayo.
- Don't skip letting the cream cheese soften to room temperature! It will be much easier to mix.
- You can vary your herbs to suit your tastes or make a similar spread with different combinations like chopped cilantro and lime zest or basil and garlic.
- Feel free to add a bit of salt and pepper to this.
