Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 tablespoons butter whole stick, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 m&ms
  • 6 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pretzel mini twists

Instructions

  • Pour flour into a microwave safe bowl.
    1/2 cup flour
  • Microwave for 1 and a half minutes.
  • Whisk all clumps until none are left.
  • In a large bowl combine peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, heavy cream, use a hand mixer on medium-high to mix everything together, using a rubber spoon to scrap the sides of the bowl to make sure everything gets mixed and is nice and fluffy
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, 8 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Add the oats and flour and mix once again.
    1 cup quick cooking oats
  • Add in the m&ms, chocolate chips and pretzels and use the rubber spoon to mix only this time. Crush up the pretzels just once while mixing.
3/4 m&ms, 6 oz milk chocolate chips, 6 oz white chocolate chips, 1 cup pretzel mini twists
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make absolutely sure you're using a microwave safe bowl when heat-treating the flour. Bowls will typically state on the bottom what appliances they're safe to be used in.
  • Use creamy, NOT crunchy, peanut butter in this recipe.
  • Don't try to substitute the heavy whipping cream with something that has a lower fat content. Since this cookie dough doesn't use egg, it needs the fat to emulsify when mixed to give it the traditional fluffy texture.
  • Prefer a different flavor of chocolate chip? Semi sweet, dark chocolate, even caramel will work.
  • Want to keep this a peanut butter flavored cookie dough? Use peanut butter chips and Reese's pieces in place of the m&m's. You can still use the pretzels, or even sub roasted salted peanuts instead.
