- 4 chicken breasts trimmed of fat
- 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Mix the dressing and sour cream together until evenly combined. Set aside.

Pat the chicken dry using paper towels, then transfer it to an oven safe baking dish or large cast iron skillet.

Divide the mixture evenly between all the chicken breasts, spoon it on top then spreading it out in an even layer on each piece.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly out over top, starting with the grated cheese and finishing with the shredded.

Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, or until chicken reaches 160F in the thickest part.
Broil, watching carefully, just until the top's of the chicken are golden brown and bubbly.

- If the chicken breasts are on the thicker side, lightly pound them with a meat mallet to flatten them a bit.
- Don't salt the chicken. The dressing and cheese are plenty salty!
- Be careful when removing the hot dish from the oven, if you jostle it the creamy topping is likely to slide right off.
- If the dressing seems like it is separating a bit when you mix it with the sour cream, stir in a little flour.
