1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Add all of the seasonings to a small bowl, whisking together until evenly combined. Pour the seasoning mixture over the meat, and rub in until evenly coated.
2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp dried thyme, salt & pepper, 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp ground mustard, 1/2 tsp chili powder
Cover the prepared pork, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Transfer the pork to the basket of your air fryer, then air fry at 400° for 20 minutes- flipping half way through.
Using tongs, carefully transfer the hot pork to a waiting cutting board. Let rest for 5- 10 minutes.
Slice & serve!
- Not sure if the pork is done? Check by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part. The pork is done when it reads 145F.
- Don't skip the oil! It helps keep the pork moist.
- The rest time is crucial! You want the juices to have a chance to redistribute in the meat and the fibers of the meat to relax after cooking.
