Ingredients

  • 1 rack ribs
  • 2 tbsp BBQ rub
  • ½ cup bbq sauce
  • Parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 370 F.
  • Slice the rack into smaller pieces that will fit in the air fryer. Rub both sides of all pieces with the BBQ rub seasoning.
1 rack ribs, 2 tbsp BBQ rub
  • Add the pieces to the bottom of the air fryer basket, bone side down, being careful not to overlap. You may need to work in batches.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until internal temperature is at least 165F, flipping once at the halfway point.
  • Using a basting brush to generously coat all sides of the cooked meat, return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to caramelize.
    ½ cup bbq sauce
  • Serve immediately with a sprinkle of parsley.
    Parsley for garnish

Notes

  • Don't let the ribs overlap. They won't cook properly if they do.
  • It's ok if you have to cook them in two batches. If this happens, transfer the first batch to a cookie sheet lined with foil and pop it into a warm oven while the second batch cooks.
  • Don't brush the sauce on at the beginning of cooking or it will burn.
