- 1 rack ribs
- 2 tbsp BBQ rub
- ½ cup bbq sauce
- Parsley for garnish optional
Preheat the air fryer to 370 F.
Slice the rack into smaller pieces that will fit in the air fryer. Rub both sides of all pieces with the BBQ rub seasoning.
1 rack ribs, 2 tbsp BBQ rub
Add the pieces to the bottom of the air fryer basket, bone side down, being careful not to overlap. You may need to work in batches.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until internal temperature is at least 165F, flipping once at the halfway point.
Using a basting brush to generously coat all sides of the cooked meat, return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to caramelize.
½ cup bbq sauce
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of parsley.
Parsley for garnish
- Don't let the ribs overlap. They won't cook properly if they do.
- It's ok if you have to cook them in two batches. If this happens, transfer the first batch to a cookie sheet lined with foil and pop it into a warm oven while the second batch cooks.
- Don't brush the sauce on at the beginning of cooking or it will burn.
