  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it's 'al dente'. Drain completely then return to pot. Set aside.

2 15 oz jars alfredo sauce, 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 1 pinch seasoned salt
  • Spread the pasta mixture out evenly in a 9x13" baking dish in an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly out overtop.
  • Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want this dish spicier, add more Cajun seasoning.
  • You could also go for a Cajun alfredo style dish and substitute the kielbasa for andouille sausage.
  • Want to add some veggie action into this? Slice up some peppers and onions and saute them with the sausage.
