- 1 16 oz jar sauerkraut drained & rinsed
- 1/2 lb deli corned beef roughly chopped
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 8 oz shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup thousand island dressing
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir them together until evenly combined.

Transfer this mixture to a baking dish and spread out in an even layer.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through the baking process.
Carefully remove the dip from the oven and give the mixture another gentle stir.
