Baked Rueben Dip

Baked reuben dip turns the classic deli sandwich into a creamy dip perfect for any party. With only 5 ingredients and the quickest prep ever, you'll be ready to entertain in no time!

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz jar sauerkraut drained & rinsed
  • 1/2 lb deli corned beef roughly chopped
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup thousand island dressing

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir them together until evenly combined.

  • Transfer this mixture to a baking dish and spread out in an even layer.
  • Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through the baking process.
  • Carefully remove the dip from the oven and give the mixture another gentle stir.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping options, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Serving a crowd? This recipe doubles or triples easily!
  • Turn the leftovers into sandwiches by layering it along with a few slices of Swiss cheese in between two slices of rye bread. Then heat the sandwiches up grilled cheese style.
  • Make sure you let the cream cheese soften to room temperature first. It will make it so much easier to combine the dip.
