- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 3.4 oz pkg instant banana pudding mix
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed nilla wafer cookies
Add the cream cheese and butter to a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer whip them together until evenly combined and the mixture's smooth.

Add the sugars and the pudding mix, whipping again until evenly combined.
1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 3.4 oz pkg instant banana pudding mix, 2 tbsp brown sugar
Cover the bowl and chill in the refrgierator for 1 1/2 hours.
Spread the cookie crumbs on a shallow plate. Set aside.

Using a spatula, form the mixture into a single large lump in the center of the bowl.
Working quickly, pick it up and gently smooth/shape it into a ball. Roll the ball in the cookie crumbs, pressing in as needed, to evenly coat the cheese ball.
Chill the ball for another 30 minutes to help it firm up.

- Make sure to let the cream cheese and butter soften on the counter first. It makes them easier to combine.
- You can cream everything together with either a stand mixer or hand mixer.
