Ingredients

  • 1 24 oz box velveeta shells and cheese
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Strain the noodles and return them to the pot.

  • Add all of the cheese sauce and stir until evenly incorporated.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine until the cheese has melted.
    1/3 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute another type of mac and cheese that doesn't come with the cheese sauce. If you do this, you'll need to have butter and milk on hand too.
  • Have leftover pulled pork? Use that instead!
  • Top it with a handful of french fried onions for a crunchy topping.
