- 2 15 oz cans sausage gravy
- 1 7.5 oz pkt Bisquick buttermilk complete biscuits + water called for on package directions
Add the canned gravy to a large, oven safe skillet and spread it out in an even layer.

Prepare the biscuit mix per the package directions. Add in dollops to the top of the gravy, in as even a coverage layer as possible.
1 7.5 oz pkt Bisquick buttermilk complete biscuits
Bake at 350° for 12-18 minutes, just until the dough's set and golden brown on top and the gravy's heated through.

- A large cast iron skillet works really well for this! If your skillet isn't cast iron, make sure it is oven safe.
- Don't overmix your Bisquick. Just mix it until the dough just comes together.
- Let the skillet rest for a couple minutes prior to serving to let the biscuits finish setting. It will also make it easier to scoop.
