Crack two eggs into a mixing bowl, and whisk them together. Add the hashbrowns, salt, and pepper to the bowl then stir together until everything's evenly combined.
1 20 oz bag refrigerated hash browns, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper
Transfer the hashbrown mixture to a large, flat parchment paper lined pizza pan. Using clean hands spread and press the mixture out into a firm circular crust that fits the pan.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
While the crust bakes, add the remaining eggs and milk to a skillet. Whisk them together to evenly combine and cook until scrambled. Remove from heat, cover, and set aside.
8 large eggs, 1/2 cup milk
When the crust is done, carefully spread the scrambled eggs evenly out overtop the hot hashbrown crust.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly out overtop, followed by the diced ham.
1/2 - 3/4 cup diced ham, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Bake another 8-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and everything's heated through.
Sprinkle the green onions evenly out overtop.
1/8 cup thinly sliced green onions
Slice, serve warm, and enjoy!
