Ingredients

For The Crust

  • 1 20 oz bag refrigerated hash browns
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For The Breakfast Pizza

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/8 cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Crack two eggs into a mixing bowl, and whisk them together. Add the hashbrowns, salt, and pepper to the bowl then stir together until everything's evenly combined.

  • Transfer the hashbrown mixture to a large, flat parchment paper lined pizza pan. Using clean hands spread and press the mixture out into a firm circular crust that fits the pan.
  • Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
  • While the crust bakes, add the remaining eggs and milk to a skillet. Whisk them together to evenly combine and cook until scrambled. Remove from heat, cover, and set aside.

  • When the crust is done, carefully spread the scrambled eggs evenly out overtop the hot hashbrown crust.
  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly out overtop, followed by the diced ham.
    1/2 - 3/4 cup diced ham, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Bake another 8-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and everything's heated through.
  • Sprinkle the green onions evenly out overtop.
    1/8 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • Slice, serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

  • This is highly customizable! Feel free to substitute your favorite breakfast meat or skip it all together.
  • Add some veggies and top it with some diced bell peppers and mushrooms.
  • Don't have a circular pizza pan? That's ok! Just line a baking sheet with parchment and form a circle shape for the crust, pressing it flat as you go.
