Breakfast Sausage Balls

Breakfast sausage balls without Bisquick are a delicious version of meatballs dressed up for the morning meal. Ground pork sausage, cheddar cheese, hash browns, and a carefully chosen blend of spices turn this into an easy favorite!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground pork sausage
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 20 oz pkg refrigerated shredded hash browns
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir everything together until evenly combined.
    2 lbs ground pork sausage, 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 1 20 oz pkg refrigerated shredded hash browns, 2 large eggs, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • Roll into 2-3" balls and place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve warm & enjoy!
