Butter Chicken Meatballs

Butter chicken meatballs are a delicious twist that combines the rich flavors of the popular North Indian dish with classic chicken meatballs. The meatballs simmer in the creamy spiced sauce and pair well with rice or naan for an easy  family friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 15-18 cooked chicken meatballs
  • 1 15 oz jar butter chicken sauce

Instructions

  • Add the sauce to a large skillet set over medium heat, and bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet, and gently stir until evenly coated in the sauce.

  • Reduce the heat to low, cover, and gently simmer the meatballs in the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure the meatballs are cooked first. 
  • Cook everything long enough so the meatballs heat through.
  • This is super yummy served with basmati or jasmine rice and naan.
