Add the cake mix, flour, eggs, oil, and sour cream to a large mixing bowl. Mix together until evenly combined.
1 15.25 oz box white cake mix, 2/3 cups flour, 2 large eggs, 1/3 cup canola oil, 2 tbsp sour cream
Pour the sugar into a small bowl and set aside.
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Using a small cookie scoop (roughly 2 tablespoons) scoop a ball of dough and add it to the bowl of sugar.
Turn it to coat, then transfer to a non stick cookie sheet. Repeat for all the remaining dough, arranging the balls in even rows with 12 cookies per sheet pan.
Bake at 350° for 8-12 minutes just until the cookies have puffed and are set. If they're golden brown they're overcooked.
Carefully remove the hot pans from the oven, set aside, and let them cool for 15 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling completely.
Once the cookies have cooled completely, frost them. Top with sprinkles.
1 tub vanilla frosting, sprinkles
Serve & Enjoy!
