- 1 24 oz box velveeta shells and cheese
- 2 10 oz bags frozen broccoli florets
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups chopped grilled chicken
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 cup half and half optional
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook the mac and cheese according to the package directions. Strain and return to the pot.

While the pasta's cooking, steam the broccoli in the microwave. Strain and set aside.
2 10 oz bags frozen broccoli florets
Add the remaining ingredients, including the broccoli to the pasta. Stir until everything's evenly combined and the cheese is melted.
1 - 1 1/2 cups chopped grilled chicken, 1 10.5 oz can cream of broccoli soup, 1/2 cup half and half, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Serve warm and enjoy!
- Don't substitute fresh broccoli. The frozen broccoli steams faster and will have a better texture for the finished dish.
- You can adjust the amount of half and half you add based on how creamy you want the pasta.
