Start by draining your chicken and smashing it up with a form, until finely shredded.
2 12.5 oz cans Chicken
Add in your eggs, half cup of Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to a bowl. Mix until very well combined.
2 Eggs, 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder
Dump mixture out onto a parchment paper lined pizza pan. Make sure to coat well with cooking spray.
Pack mixture together and press down, shape into a circle, keeping it thin so it bakes through.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until nice and golden.
Top with chopped romaine, parmesan, pepper, and dressing. Add any additional salad toppings you little heart desires.
