Chicken Cordon Bleu Dip

Chicken cordon bleu dip is an easy hot dip with all the flavors of the classic dinner entree baked into a creamy base. This easy appetizer needs only a handful of ingredients and can be on the table in just about 30 minutes. Perfect for effortless entertaining!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cooked, crisp, crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Ad the cream cheese, bacon, chicken, ham, broth, and 1 1/4 cups of cheese to a large mixing bowl.
    16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken, 1 cup cooked, crisp, crumbled bacon, 1 cup diced ham, 1/4 cup chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups finely shredded Swiss cheese
  • Using a hand mixer, blend together all of the ingredients until evenly combined and the mixture's smooth.
  • Spray an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer the dip mixture to the dish, and spread out in an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly out overtop of the dip.
  • Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping options, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Letting the cream cheese soften to room temperature really helps when you are mixing up the dip.
  • If I am planning to make this dip, I often just make extra bacon at breakfast and save it in the fridge until I am ready to assemble the dip.
  • Make sure to spray your baking dish to make clean up easier.
