- 2 tbsp butter divided
- 4 hot dogs thinly sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup hot dog chili
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Add one tablespoon of butter to a large skillet set over medium heat. Brown the slice hot dogs on both sides, then transfer to a waiting plate.

Spread 1/2 of the chili onto a tortilla in an even layer. Spread half of the sliced hot dogs evenly over the chili. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese overtop, then cover with another tortilla.

Add the rest of the butter to the skillet to melt. Cook the quesadillas over medium low heat, until melted and hot, then flip an cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
Slice into triangles and serve warm!
