For The Icing

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp butter softened

  • Separate the rolls, then cut each into 4 equal quarters and add half to the basket.
8 count Pillsbury cinnamon rolls with icing
  • Preheat to 325° then cook for 3 minutes. Use tongs to carefully flip each piece over, and cook another 2-3 minutes- just until golden brown. Repeat for the remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
  • Add the sugar and cinnamon to a large ziplocking bag. Gently squeeze the bottom of the bag to mix them evenly together.
1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Add the warm cinnamon roll pieces to the bag and gently shake until they're all evenly coated. Transfer the cinnamon roll pieces to a serving plate and set aside.
  • Beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Add the sugar, cinnamon roll icing, and milk then beat together until the mixture's evenly combined and smooth.
4 oz cream cheese, 1 tbsp butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tsp milk
  • Serve the dip alongside the cinnamon roll bites and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure you flip the cinnamon roll bites part way through air frying so they cook evenly.
  • You could add a little bit of vanilla extract to the icing dip if desired.
  • Make sure to toss the bites in the cinnamon sugar while they are still warm so the sugar mixture sticks.
