Add the liner to the pot, press the saute button, and add the bacon to the pot. Cook, stirring often, until crispy. Press the cancel button and transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel lined plate. Set aside.
4-5 slices bacon
Add the potatoes, ranch seasoning, pepper, and broth to the pot. Stir until evenly combined.
3 lbs red potatoes, 1 1 oz pkt dry ranch seasoning, 1 cup chicken broth, pinch black pepper
Put the lid on, turn to close, and set the vent valve to the 'sealed' position. Cook on manual/normal pressure for 7 minutes.
Carefully open the vent valve to quick release, but avoiding the escaping built up hot steam then open the lid.
Add the cream cheese and cooked bacon to the pot, stirring until evenly combined.
2 oz cream cheese
Serve warm topped with chopped fresh parsley, and enjoy.
