- 2-3 medium russet potatoes
- 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Wash & peel the potatoes, then pat them dry with paper towels.
Cut the potatoes into 1" cubes/chunks, and then add them to a mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl, and then gently toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Add the potatoes to the basket of your air fryer, and spread them out in an even layer.
Cook at 400° for 15-16 minutes, opening the basket and giving the potatoes a shake halfway through the cook time.
After 15 minutes, check for doneness. If fork tender and crispy outside, the potatoes are ready to serve. If not, continue cooking in 2 minute increments until fork tender.
- You can adjust the seasonings to suit your liking.
- Make sure to cut the potatoes into similar sized pieces so they cook evenly.
- You don't have to peel them if you don't want to.
