Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi

- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- grated parmesan for garnish
- marinara sauce for serving

Add the gnocchi to a mixing bowl. Drizzle it with the oil, and gently toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle with salt and garlic, tossing again.
1 lb potato gnocchi, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Transfer the gnocchi to the basket of an air fryer and spread them out in an even layer.
Air fry at 390° for 13 minutes, shaking the basket every 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the crispy gnocchi to a waiting serving plate and sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly out overtop.

Serve warm with a small bowl of marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

- This recipe is only meant for shelf stable gnocchi, NOT the refrigerated or frozen variety.
- To reheat, return the gnocchi to the basket of an air fryer and spritz with oil. Air fry for 3-5 minutes, just until heated through.
- While this recipe calls for marinara, you could absolutely serve this gnocchi with your choice of Italian sauce. Pesto or Alfredo would be delicious as well!
