Crispy Ranch Potatoes (Air Fryer Recipe)
Crispy ranch potatoes are a 3 ingredient air fryer recipe that makes an easy side dish that pairs well with any meal. Everyone will love these flavorful, crispy but fluffy potatoes!

- 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes
- 2 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1 oz pkt ranch dressing mix
Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pat them dry. Cut them into quarters and add them to a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle the oil overtop then gently toss until evenly coated.
2 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly overtop and toss again until evenly coated.
1 1 oz pkt ranch dressing mix
Transfer the prepared potatoes to the basket of an air fryer and spread out in an even layer.
Air fry at 400° for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket half way through.
Serve warm and enjoy!
- Make sure to cut the potatoes all roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
- Want to make something that's already super delicious even more delicious? Sprinkle them with a little Parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar as soon as they are out of the air fryer.
- Don't over crowd the air fryer. The air needs to be able to circulate properly for them to cook evenly.
