Crockpot Cranberry Sauce

Crockpot cranberry sauce is the easiest way to make the classic holiday side! With only a handful ingredients and virtually no prep, you'll be enjoying fresh cranberry sauce with almost no work.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • pinch ground cinnamon optional
  • 1/2 cup no pulp orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients except brown sugar to the bowl of your crockpot. Stir together to evenly combine.
    24 oz fresh cranberries, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, pinch ground cinnamon, 1/2 cup no pulp orange juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for four hours, or on LOW for six.
  • Remove the lid, pop any unpopped cranberries, and stir in the sugar.
  • Serve warm & enjoy!

Notes

  • Like extra texture or a little crunch in your cranberry sauce? Stir in some chopped walnuts.
  • Cranberry sauce can be served warm or cold. If serving it cold, make ahead of time (day before or early in the morning the day of) and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • The cinnamon is optional but does add a lovely warming flavor in the background and makes it smell amazing!
