Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 heaping tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl, then stir together until evenly combined.

  • Serve & enjoy!

Notes

  • Do NOT sub miracle whip for the mayonnaise. The tang from miracle whip will be overpowering.
  • Use a dill pickle variety you love to eat. That flavor shines through.
  • You can use dried dill, but keep in mind that dried herbs generally have a stronger flavor than fresh. So in that case, use less.
