Dill Pickle Pizza

The creamy dill pickle pizza is a show stopper to be sure. One bite, and you're going to be sold on the creamy garlic sauce that's covered with golden brown crusted cheese crust.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup creamy ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese spread
  • 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 1/2- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy crumbled bacon
  • dill pickle chips patted dry
  • 1 12" pizza crust

Instructions

  • Add the dressing, cream cheese, mustard, garlic, and dill to a medium mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip the mixture together until smooth & creamy.
  • Place your crust on a prepared pizza pan, then spread the cream sauce evenly out over the crust in an even layer. Set aside any extra.
  • Spread half the pickles and all of the bacon evenly out over the pizza, then top with the shredded cheese.
  • Add the remaining pickles evenly out overtop of the pizza.
  • Bake the pizza at 425° for 12 - 15 minutes, or until the pizza crust is golden brown and the cheese on top is crispy.

Notes

  • Make sure to use a good quality ranch- it makes all the difference!
  • You can use a thick or a thin crust, depending on your preference.
  • Be sure to use a paper towel to pat your dill pickle chips dry before topping your pizza with them. The excess moisture can lead to soggy pizza otherwise.
  • The cream sauce makes A LOT, you may not want so much on your pizza. Spread enough on that it's a thick layer, but no too thick that your toppings will be swimming once it melts.
