Instructions

  • Add the pierogi, kielbasa, and prepared vegetables to a 9x13" baking dish arranging them in an even layer.
2 lb pkg frozen cheese pierogi, 1 14 - 16 oz pkg turkey kielbasa sausage, 2 12 oz pkgs Normandy blend vegetables
  • In a mixing bowl combine the soups, milk, 1/2 cup of cheese, garlic and onion powders. Stir together to evenly combine then pour this mixture evenly out over the casserole dish.
1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup, 1 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup, 1 cup milk, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Cover the dish tightly with foil then bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
  • Uncover and sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly out over top, then bake for another 15 minutes.
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Carefully remove the hot dish from the oven, then let the dish rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Normandy blend veggies normally include broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Sometimes they may also include zucchini and yellow squash. If you aren't a fan of this blend, substitute another veggie blend you like.
  • You can sub almost any kind of cream of soup you have on hand.
  • Using whole milk will give you better, creamier results than using a lower fat milk.
