This 5 minute pizza sauce is quick, simple, and made with basic pantry ingredients. It's a lifesaver if you forget to buy premade sauce from the store, and it tastes much better too!

- 1 15 oz can plain tomato sauce
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

Stir everything together until evenly combined.

- The seasonings can be adjusted to fit your individual taste/preference.
- For extra flavor and a bit of heat, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce with all the other ingredients.
- Don't skip the sugar. It really does cut the acidity down.
