These easy breakfast bowls make for a kid friendly breakfast that features all the classic favorites in a single dish. Crispy tater tots, fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, and a sprinkling of cheddar cheese round out this fun, delicious way to enjoy a full breakfast in a single bowl.

- 1 - 1 1/2 cups crispy crowns (aka tater rounds)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup warm scrambled eggs
- 1/3 cup canned sausage gravy
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
Cook the crispy crowns according to your preference until they're cooked through and crispy. Heat up the sausage gravy.
1 - 1 1/2 cups crispy crowns (aka tater rounds)
Add the crispy potatoes to a waiting bowl, or plate. Top with scrambled egg.
1/2 - 3/4 cup warm scrambled eggs
Spoon gravy over top, and sprinkle with cheese.
1/3 cup canned sausage gravy, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste, serve warm & enjoy!

- If feeding a crowd, set this up buffet style and let everyone assemble their own bowl.
- Can't find crispy crowns? You could use tater tots or even a crispy hash brown patty instead.
