Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Lime filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lime juice regular or key lime
- 1 tsp lime zest regular or key lime
- Whipped cream and limes for garnish optional
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the graham crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9” pie plate. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling. - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter 
- Add the cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and mash it until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in the lime juice and lime zest. - 16 oz cream cheese, 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1 tsp lime zest 
- Pour the filling into the pie crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours before topping with whipped cream and lime slices and serving. - Whipped cream and limes for garnish 
- Make this even easier for yourself and substitute a premade graham cracker crust.
- Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature before you make the filling.
- Don't skip the setting time! The pie needs time to firm up before you serve it.
